My stay at the hotel had mixed feelings. The rooms were extremely uncomfortable and dirty, with a wet moldy smell, but at least they were clean. The service was a bit confusing with issues regarding local guests but overall friendly and polite. The location had its drawbacks with cleanliness concerns, noise, and bad smells but had some positive aspects like a convenient exit off I-19 and a good selection of refrigerated drink items available. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some good items but also bad-tasting juice.
